Online Broker Accreditation Form
- A banning order or disqualification order under Part 2-4 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 is in force against you.
- You are banned from engaging in a credit activity under a law of a state or territory.
- You have been convicted, within the last 10 years, of serious fraud.
- An order under the Crimes (Criminal Organisations Control) Act 2009 (NSW) or the Serious and Organised Crime (Control) Act 2008 (SA) is in force against you.
